Q: My Son Turn 18 on 2017, he graduated too, My child support stop, but what happen with the 3,800 his father own me... ?

I want to know what can i do to force him to paid me the balance due.

A: You should contact the Berks County Domestic Relations Office and talk to someone. Often, if there's still a balance due, child support continues until the arrears are paid off. Ask Domestic Relations about that.

A: Unless the Domestic Relations Office dropped the arrears because it was determined that the father did not have the capacity to pay them, they are still collectible. If DRO was proposing to drop the arrears they would have sent you a notice to that effect with instructions as to how to challenge their decision. Get in touch with DRO to find out what's going on.
