Q: If the bio father dose not see his children but is on the birth certificate dose he have any parental rights unmarried
We where never married and I'm looking into Granting my friend a temporary guardianship of my children while I get my life together the father never been around to help dosent pay child support untill the court makes him will he have to have any say in this for me to follow thru
