Springfield, PA asked in Personal Injury for Pennsylvania

Q: My guardian stole $40,850 & everything I owned, threw out my furniture & put me in a nursing home. She is an attorney.

Being my guardian, she cleaned out my bank account & threw out or stole everything I owned and my apartment, got my escrow from the landlord and put me in a nursing home. 18 months now. No one in Delaware wants to go against her. Even the judge said "I'd send you home but you have no home to go to, also, good luck in getting your money back". She is an elder law attorney and I am 69 years young in good health and want my life , belongings, home and money back. She stole everything I owned including my jewelry, clothing, computers, etc. I also lost my car. it was in the shop, I had no money to get it out. I don't even have a picture of my children or parents. She stole everything & I need help desperately. I've been in this nursing home fo 18 mo. Please help me because no one in the county will go against her. I feel like a criminal except I didn't commit a crime. She put me in here to hide what she did but thank God for computers. I must get this story out. Her name is xxxx.
