A: Yes. In Arkansas, if you plead guilty to a position charge then part of the fun includes your drivers license being suspended for six months. You can get a hardship license to drive to work school and for medical reasons though. If you have a lawyer, you stand a much better chance of modifying the charge to get rid of the suspension requirement.
