Q: My daughter is 19, she enlisted in the Navy but received an ELS(entry level separation) is she still able to sponsor me?
She is a US citizen, from what I understand she has to be 21 to sponsor me but when she enlisted in the military they told her she didn’t have to wait until 21, she got separated and sent home, I was just wondering if she could still have that option or wait until 21 since she’s no longer in the military
