Q: I bought a commercial property, it ran off a well for over 50 yrs.

These 2 properties were owned by one person. One with the house sold 10 yrs ago one with the shop to me a yr ago. The homeowner claims well and blocked access to it and cut off water. Its supplied building of mine for over 50 yrs. From my legal description the well is on my property. Its cost me well over a $100 000 not being able to open shop. What shld I do. Where can I research similar cases.

A: If the legal description in your deed recites that the well is on your property, you might have an action against one or more persons, including the surveyor. You don't want to try to do the research yourself; you need to see an attorney, ASAP.
