Okay my grandma has left me a will that states that i am not able to touch my money Intel I am 25 years old . I am now 25 years old and my dad is trying to tell me that he is not going to give it to me because he thinks I am not responsible enough. I have asked um if I could just get some of my money so I can bye a car with it and get my license back so I can take my self back and forth to work . and he could hold on to the rest Intel a later time and he will not even let me do that with it . so I was just wondering if what he is doing is against the law?? Or not ? Please let me no if you have an anserw to my ? Please and thank you any body that nose a anserw to my ? Feel free to please tell me .Thanks so much .

A: You can probably get all the money now, but it really depends on the wording of the will (trust). What procedures you need to follow to enforce your rights depend on what has been done so far, especially if the will has been probated. You should have a consultation with a probate/trust attorney, and provide them with a copy of the will.
