Bedford, TX asked in Child Custody for Louisiana

Q: What Do I need to do to keep custody of daughter that I feel had been coersed into saying her brothers molested her?

My youngest daughter claims she had been molested by her older brothers.. their father which is in a different marriage has been paying child support for 5years now.... he got the two oldest of our children about 2 years ago... he claims that our youngest daughter had came to him and claims that her brothers had molested her... I feel as though he may have brainwashed my daughter and convinced her to lie on her brothers... he went to O.C.S. and they have their statements..after giving the statements .. the O.C.S.

worker takes it upon herself to go and question my three other boys at school in which I have custody of :without my consent...

What are my rights as to her overstepping her boundaries and what so I need to prove in order to keep my daughter here with me and not have to give up custody of her...

A: Your question does not make it clear which kids are by which father. Take your daughter to a psychologist to try to get to the bottom of it.
