Q: Can I regain custody of my two boys after losing my rights?

I lost custody of my two boys a few months ago and they also took my rights away I wanna know could I regain my rights back I live in Valdosta Georgia. They live with there father's mom and she drinks heavy at night and works as a school teacher and my two sons father is in jail for trafficking methemphdimene through different counties I have asked everyone and I do not get a honest answer so please help me I would like to do everything I can to get them back they are three and four years old
