Q: I was 12 when my step father begain touching me. I’m 30 now. What evidence do I need to prosecute?

I’ve recently recorded a conversation with him & I on the acts that he committed to me as a child. There are d fax cases from when I was young of my being being pregnant but my parents convinced them I snuck out of the house & got gang banged down the dirt road. I had a miscarriage & abortion by this man bf the age of 15. My mother’s dead now. What do I need to make this stand in court. He’s remarried & has 5 more children with this woman in which 4 of them are girls! His wife was underage when they met aswell! He also rapped his artistic daughter in which if I must gain eveidence 4 proof. I can & will do or get whatever is required! Help me please! Help us! Thank you
