Q: my dog got out in the yard and push this old lady( no Bite) overwhelmed paramedics came and check if she got hurt turn

out ok—-they even bring her to the ER result is fine no bite injuries and hip fracture—she even call us that she was ok she just ask our dog insurance—after a week she is calling us that she had a hip fracture and in the wheelchair—-i was curios about this because she just had a hip replacement and just bother me thinking that she always money out of my dog insurance to pay her bill

A: You were negligent in the care of your dog. It was outside, off leash. You are likely responsible for all of the harm caused by your negligence. Notify your homeowners insurance. It will defend you and pay any sums for which you are liable, up to your policy limits.
