Is the status of limitations over being they never charged me with a felony in 2013 and now in October 2017 they said they want to move it to felony court because they say another violation back in 2013 but now trying to charge me 3 years later I never been arraigned for felony charge but now after 4 years they want to charge me when all no contact orders been dropped. Is this illegal I am a navy veteran and don’t deserve this.
