Q: 723.014 Failure to provide prospectus or offering circular prior to occupancy. I am in this situation
i purchased mobile home and signed the lease from 900 miles away ,And never received perspectives from park until 3 months after i moved in ,now i had to move because i got married and didn't know we both had to fit parks criteria,so i had to move and they are making difficult for me to sell . What if anything can i do legally about it? Thank you,
A: Did you send them notification of cancellation within 15 days after you received the prospectus? It appears that the 15-day cancellation right is the remedy.
