Q: I experience a personal injury, while commuting on a Greyhound Commuter. This matter had need of an A/B attorney,

Because the matter never recieved fair due process of law.

I lived in California, the accident happened in the city of ElPaso Texas,

I was summons to court and could not appear due to a medical.

The court was notified.

The judge closed the case upon 2 non appearance

There was no Ca attorney to assist this was an A/B matter.

I then for several years begin speaking with corporate requesting a settlement offer.

Damages:

Medical 21,000

Loss of wages 15,000

Punitive damages

Pain and suffering

Passenger on GLI commuter re routed /

begining of my trip.

itinerary : departing Los Angles, Destination Arlington Tx.

Detour: Arizonia then El Paso accident , not on the itinerary.

Accident occurred when a security guard push me, and claim I was not on board after a rest stop.

A: a lawyer needs a lot more info and probably one in el paso texas.

as a calif lawyer, i do not know the statute of limitations in Texas.

in calif it is 2 years and if you do not file within 2 years of the date of the accident you lose your right to sue. It sounds like you may have waited to long.
