Q: I was out of Texas and my landlord added a person in my lease without my concern, does that void the lease?
They said the person is already a resident because I left him get into the apartment, but in the contract doesnt specify that, I moved to another state and called that I wanted to cancel the contract before the add this person, I want to take my stuff from the apartment but they say I have to ask the person they added in order to let people get into the house and take them.
Does that void the contract?
