Dallas, TX asked in Criminal Law for Texas

Q: I am charged with felony violating a protective order. I was arrested and released after 3 days.

I was never convicted of misdemeanor violating a protective order. My ex wife is a sociopath and a bigamist. I am disabled and can't work. I had several surgeries and had a stroke and paralyzed in my left side and bedridden. I was arrested in 2016 and it was dismissed after 23 days cuz I was never served a protective order. She kept lying to cops and making false reports against me. I never abused her and never contacted her. I was busy taking care of my parents in North Texas by Dallas until they died of cancer. I don't need to be arrested and be railroaded on this.
