Q: I was recently in a parking lot accident With no Designated parking am I at 100% fault

I was recently in a parking lot accident I backed into a car and the parking lot was gravel and had no posted speed limit or parking stalls and a car parked a truck length behind me and it could have parked by all the other cars by the front entrance but was the only car making its new row my insurance company says I’m 100% at fault I denied being at fault I have 1 witness that was in my truck when it happened but they say he doesn’t count cause he was involved and no one else seen it I was in a previous accident a few days earlier and it caused my power steering to fail my insurance knows too

A: If you have a witness it's still a witness. Your problem is you are responsible for your vehicle. If it was damaged you shouldn't have driven it.
