Q: My husband has hidden all his money in a non profit and my son"s name along with the corporation he has. .

He has kept me in a stae of despair. I tried legal aid legal project and various avenues to for help. I was married to him for over 40 years.

No money no attorney. Thats the way he wanted it. My son and him have planned the whole thing to personally destroy me. My father helped with an attorney until I found out the attorney was meeting with my x husband and paid him off. Evertything went to supreme court. I have tried several times to report this to the justice department. I have an domestic voilence advocate and a sail worker who have witnessed his lies and deception. He forged my name to documents and gotten away with it. The judge gave him our property except the house. I am suppose to sell it. I have no place to go. I have exhausted all my resources in the area. I need a probono attorney to help me. I couldnt afford a forensic accountant or an investigator. Can anyone help me?

A: The only suggestion that I have is to try a law school legal clinic in your area. One of them may take family law cases.

A: Consider trying the Legal Aid Society of Northeastern New York or Albany Law School.
