Q: If a person commits crime in Minnesota and jumps bail to Colorado is the person that signed the bond liable for the bond

And can the person be extradited back to Minnesota to and go through the court proceedings?

A: If the person is arrested in Colorado, Minnesota can pursue extradition of the defendant. The bonding company can also go after the co-signor for the remaining 90% of the bond that was posted.
