Q: My 17 yr old daughters father owes $26k in back child support. Can he have a judge forgive the arrears he owes?
In 2012 he made me sign a paper he typed up stating I would stop child support if he paid for half of a dental bill. I signed it because I did not have a choice my child needed the dental work. Nothing was ever filed with the court.
