Q: How do you change an old federal law, Carmack Amendment?
I had a bad experience with a moving company, but seems it's like this all the time. Moving companies have horrible BBB reviews, they rip people off etc, and the insurance is horrible. .60 cents a lbs because of the Carmack Amendment, that was put in law back in the 1940s. This does nothing to protect the people in today's day. So how do we start to fight to get this law changed?
