Q: How hard is it to fight red light ticket if the witness has already changed his story
I was cited for running a red light but I did not . The other driver that hit me said I ran it and a witness said I ran it but our insurance companies investigated and had to throw out the witness statement because he contradicted what he told the cop he is now saying the other driver ran it . Will the judge let me introduce this evidence I court?
A: You'll need to subpoena the witnesses you want unless they are willing to come voluntarily. If the independent witness is now saying it was the other driver who ran the light, that should certainly help.
