Perkasie, PA asked in Car Accidents for Pennsylvania

Q: I was in a car accident and saw an attorney for damages. I did not submit my interrogatories because I did not want to

continue with the case. I have now been asked to appear in court for not filling out the interrogatories. What can I do? Thank you.

A: You need to authorize your attorney to withdraw. However as to your question you need to speak with the attorney, and if necessary go to court.
