A: It would probably be difficult for an attorney to give you very specific advice about your situation based on the level of detail in your question. If you believe that the landlord did not follow proper procedures or that you've been unfairly treated in the eviction process, you could certainly attempt to very quickly hire a private attorney or contact Colorado Legal Services (303-837-1313) to see whether someone there can help. An attorney would probably want to review your lease, any and all notices/summons you received from your landlord leading up to yesterday's hearing in court, and any order issued by the the court yesterday.

All that said, if the judge issued an order yesterday that authorizes the landlord to move forward with the eviction, that may mean that Friday is the earliest that the landlord can enforce that order and physically evict you. You MIGHT actually have more time if the sheriff is not available to oversee the eviction on Friday, but you should probably prepare for the worst and begin immediately making arrangements to have a new place to live (and/or place to store your stuff). If and when you are physically evicted, assuming it is done pursuant to an order issued by the court, it will be acceptable for the landlord to simply remove your stuff from the house and place it in the yard/on the side of the road.
