A: For the CDL- It is considered a serious moving violation. Court Supervision counts as conviction for the CDL holder.

A: No you do not need an attorney to get Court Supervision but Court Supervision does not exist for a CDL holder. All CDL holders should hire an attorney whenever they get ticketed because some tickets could cause you issues with your CDL. DO NOT hesitate, hire an attorney now to assist you with this matter.
