Q: I did not have insurance. Iwas in a hit and run accident. His insurance won't fix my car. What can I do

I had a lawyer who just disappeared. His insurance says it's my fault will not fix my car. Other driver went to police a few days later signed a document taking full responsibility for the accident and running. What can I do to replace my car

A: You can sue the driver in small claims court. The limit there is $10,000. You can do it without a lawyer, but if you win and there is an appeal, you should get a lawyer for the appeal.

A: Sue him in Small Claims for your property damage. Prove he is at fault. Prove the amount of the damages to repair your car and for a rental car while it is being repaired.
