Dry Ridge, KY asked in Civil Rights for Kentucky

Q: Can a police officer enter my yard at my home through a shut gate when yard is enclosed by fence without warrant?

Privacy fence is across the front that faces the road and all the way down one side. Woven wire is on the rest. Yard is totally enclosed. I should be protected by the Curtilage Law.
