Q: I am a mother of a 9 yr old little girl. Her father divorced me 3 years ago. I keep being g told my case will be resched

For a hearing.However, each court date the judge refuses the hearing due to scheduling failures on the courts behalf. What are my rights. My ex is isolating my child from me. My child is being used as a weapon. I have spent 40k on this alone.
