Q: My mother kept my dog. All the vet records are in my name and he is registered as a support animal.
But his microchip was put in her name because I was under 18 and the place we got him chipped stated you had to be over 18. I am 19 now and my dog helped severely with my depression and anxiety and I haven't been able to see him in almost a month because she won't talk to me. PLEASE HELP!!!
