Q: Can my L1-B visa further extended to 8 months to make it full 5 years as my extension was done from I-94 expiry date?
I came in USA on L1-B Visa on Sep-2015 and my VISA had expiry date of Aug-2018. But my Indian passport was expired in Dec-2017 and I had to renew passport in USA, and my Visa extension was filed from my I-94 expiry date i.e. Dec-2017 to Dec-2019. ( 2 years)
My question here can my L1-B visa further extended to 8 months to make it full 5 years from Sep2015 - Sep2020?
