Q: Is child support mandatory in alabama. Divorce is final but nothing in the decree about child support being paid
Divorce has been final for a couple weeks. We have a parenting plan in place that was attached to our filing. I was told by his lawyer it was mandatory but my decree says no child support will be awarded to custodial parent at this time. Was he trying to get A negative response or just not informed
