Q: Can a astranged spouse sign a agreement for selling our house without the other spouse signing the agreement.

The agreement expired and the astranged spouse signed a new agreement with out my signature

A: If both of your names are still on the deed, the answer is no - not without your permission. I suggest you contact the realtor(s) involved and let them know that you do not consent to the sale, if true.
