Q: If someone was being threatened on their property, can they defend themselves with a gun?
Person A was being threatened. Person B said they were going to kill A and beat them up. Person A was in their home and from their front door told person B that they would shoot if they entered premises. Person B said person A pointed the weapon at him. Person A said that he only showed the gun and did not point. There were no witnesses to either side but person A was arrested and charged with felonious pointing of a weapon. Is there a stand your ground law in oklahoma? Without witnesses to back either up, is there even a case?
