Q: Is it legal for an adjuster to contact my adjuster when I only filled against the parties insurance?
They refuse to pay claim stating that they have not contacted their client. I have a police report stating their client is the only contributor to the accident. Is this legal. Also, adjuster contacted wife and asked to take a statement but did not inform her that she could provide a written statement. Is that legal.
