Bartlesville, OK asked in Criminal Law for Oklahoma

Q: Is there probable cause if your at a family court hearing with victim and charged with VPO for stalking?

Victim made a report to sheriffs at courthouse right after passing me on the escalators going opposite directions. The complaint was that I made contact with our child by calling her name to come to me as we pass by each other on escalator and use the security video showing us passing each other as evidence. A year later the day set for trial DA knowing how weak case was dismissed it and refiled as a felony for stalking. Since victims only complaint was making contact with child the allegation was changed by DA to my sole reason for being at the court house that day was to follow and harass victim along with false allegations of threatening and following victim while out on bond to meet all elements of stalking. Intentionally omitting the court hearing or that the video shows doesn't show me following her. Not to mention our child was not a minor petitioner on the order to be even charged originally.
