Q: My husband and his ex have joint custody of their 3 kids. They agreed in mediation that he'd pay 60$ weekly in child
support. This has been 2 years now. He pays child support every week for the most part on time. We had a baby and while I was on maternity leave we got backed up for 1 month. And then started paying it again when i went back to work and plan to get caught up. Now she is constantly harassing my husband about the back child support. Is there anything we can do about the harassment.
A: I understand how its possible to get behind, especially with a new baby. Just get it caught up as quick as you can and then there's nothing she can do.
