Q: I am a tentant, and me and my landlord do not have a written lease agreement. And she served me with an eviction notice.
The notice states that i am to pay past due rebnt in which i am not past due any. And she has not given me a specific date which to move out.and i am not sure in what to do.
A: Later you will be personally served with or find a Detainer Warrant posted for you to appear in General Sessions Court. The Judge will probably award Possession to the Owner/Landlord, and if you are not out, the Sheriff will probably remove you after ten days.
