Q: I'm on a installment plan with the IRS previous taxes, but I owe 2017 taxes, and received IRS cancel notice

how can I resolve the issue when I can't get a hold of anyone there ? I received the letter 2 weeks ago

A: No levy action should take place until the IRS reopens. Once they reopen you can call and try and have a new installment agreement set up.
