Q: one last Marsden motion. 5 Marsden motions denied everyone. Proceeded Even when I was clearly confused? Can they do that

My public defender didn't fight for me at all. I've tried getting new Council since 2015. They said it was to late. I didn't get convicted until March 2017. They made it impossible to hire council. Same time I was looking for council same sheriff's busted my dental bridge fractured my knee in 2 places damage meniscus. Incarcerated for days without any medical attention no charges were filed I was out of work for over a year put me in such a financial hardship I'm still suffering. I have the transcripts that have everything from couching the only Witnesses, the sheriff's. to a 12 white 1 Hispanic bias, racial, discriminating jury. All with relatives in law enforcement or judge's,DA's. They said I couldn't do anything with the civil untill the criminal cases were done. There over and now they say it's to late for the civil. What, why, how? They all collaborated in and out of the courtroom malicious conspiracy. And it's all over my transcripts what can I do there has to be something?

it sounds like something i would not handle and that you would need an appellate lawyer?
