Q: can a person get charged if they had someone else shoot up an apartment and someone was killed

this female has an altercation with her boyfriend. She went and got her brother and he shot up the boyfriends apartment killing an innocent bystander. the brother is dead now. can the sister get charged for that murder since she went to get her brother to handle the problem
