Modesto, CA asked in Criminal Law for California

Q: Can I be charged with fraud?

I am a victim of domestic violence case. The judge issued a no contact order against the defendant which makes me the protected party. He has contacted me several times while he is in custody in which I answered. However one of our options to visit is through a at home video visit. I recently visited him through video but under someones else name. For instance one of my family members agreed to let me use her visiting account to schedule a visit with the defendant. On the screen it will appear as if hes visiting her but hes actually visiting me. This only happened one time and now I regret. I am worried that I can be charged with some sort of fraud or any other charge?
