I told them I didn't know where he was he had been out in garage right b4...i was showering. They said I wld go to jail if i don't let them come in an search my home.i said no to get a search warrant. Me and my 10 yr old were not allowed to leave all night. At 130 am more police arrived in full gear with search warrant and 2 dogs and guns I was immediately pulled out the door and handcuffed and placed in my vehicle my child was still inside when they let dogs loose. They placed him outside barefoot in pajamas in snow half asleep and crying. They found my ex hiding in a crawl space off my basement. A: Not really sure what you question is. You need a criminal defense attorney and you need to hire one right away. You have been charged with very serious offenses. The sooner you hire an attorney the better, so that attorney can start working on the case.
