Dallas, TX asked in Probate for Texas

Q: How long before I cant file fraud against my stepmom over my dads will?

I dont think that is my dads will because I read the one he did before he died. I know for a fact that 1 of the signatures is forged , I finally got the court to send me a copy after 2 failed attempts with her. The property she lives on was gifted to my dad by his dad, only his name was on the deed. She has now gifted it to her nephew is there anything I can do since I just found out she did this?
