Q: my son is in prison in florida. he is disabled and is being treated unfairly by the facility.

he has had the use of his cpap the entire time he has been in prison. then on a saturday they took his cpap and told him he had to have a pass for it. we could not contact anyone on the weekend who would listen to us and at least return his cpap until monday when someone could be contacted. he has also been without his seizure medicine for four days. and we have since learned that several of the inmates on medication have also been without their medication also.
