Denver, CO asked in Criminal Law for Colorado

Q: Who should I talk to when I know somebody lied on a police report for domestic violence

My friend was sentenced in a domestic violence case and they went on false police reports and he was sentenced without being able to show any of his evidence is lawyer a public defender did nothing for him at all except for agree with the DA and now he's been arrested for failure to comply and somehow there are two violations of a restraining order which he has no idea what these are for he has not gone around her or any where near her or anybody she knows so we're just assuming these are more false reports how can I bring this up to the judge or his lawyer when nobody will listen should I go to the DA and tell them that these are false accusations because my friend can't do nothing he's in jail he has court on Monday so I need to know what I can do possibly today to be able to bring us up in court so somebody will look into it. This lady has followed him around she stalks me around my house to see if he's here she shows up where he is working where is hanging out.

A: It is impossible to completely understand what you wrote because you wrote it in one run-on sentence. Perhaps next time you could write it so each sentence begins with a capital letter and ends with a punctuation mark
