Q: My boyfriend got Served papers For a contempt hearing and motion to intervene. Its state's that he is 44,000 in arrears.

Says he has made no payment since April 2012. But I have went to clerks office and got copies of when they went to court and it says child support case closed but medical support only through his work byt they don't offer it,so how come they let him get so far in the arrears without notifying him before now
