Q: the police lied on the report. i can prove it but have a public defender that wants me to just plead out.
i feel they also vilated my 4th ammendment rights. i was parked when they approached me. i was on the road to bettering myself and if i can not beat this charge, i will loose all i went to school for.
A: Hire a private attorney. If you were parked, then no reason to search and video, or lack thereof, will demonstrate that.
