Q: Do I still have a claim against my employer after accepted the two days they’re offering me?

When I return on January 28 HR told me my is no longer available due, while I was going they did a company reorganization and I was the only one left without a job. My supervisor told me he’s more busy now than when I was there he doesn’t know why they said they don’t need me. now Hr calling me saying he has two days available on the weekend a total of 24hrs from that department. I used to work M-F .

A: It is unlawful for an employer to terminate you because of your pregnancy. You should definitely reach out to a lawyer who can help you determine whether you have a discrimination claim against your previous employer. Please contact my firm if you want a free consultation.
