Q: I have warrants for theft of services through electric company I did not do this

guys from work need place to stay the deal was they could stay if they had power turned on so I came two days later power an water on I had been running a generator showering friends house 7months has passed they packed up an moved a week or so ago power company came out with sheriff turned power off an had warrants for my arrest I was not home I have tried to contact the power company 2 see if we could resolve the issue and me explain my side of the story no one will return my call I am on probation I did no wrong for doing here such a stealing anything water or power but I have warrant for my arrest for theft of services and something else because I'm the only one residing in the residence right now at this time there's no lease sign no rental agreements all verbal week to week how can I get the warrants dismissed without having to go to jail or am I going to have to go to jail for something of someone else's wrongdoing how can they charge me without me willfully knowing

A: I would encourage you to hire a lawyer. Once the warrant is issued it is extremely unlikely that the warrant will be recalled. You will have to turn yourself in and fight the charges in court.
