Q: About an old house opposite to my house

I am staying in Ongole Andhra Pradesh state, there is a very old house opposite to mine, no one stay in that old house and the owners are also in other city. The problem is sometimes we are seeing snakes passing from that house into mine, the owners are not renewing that house and also they are not planning to sell. It's totally disturbing and causing the issues. Can I book a case against the owners or I want to send a legal notice?? Please let me know.

A: You should consult with an attorney in Andhra Pradesh, because your remedy(s) would be governed by the laws of India. If you have the contact information for the relocated owners, that would be helpful to an attorney in initiating notice.
